According to official announcements, B3 Labs, founded by former Coinbase team members, has launched B3IQ, an AI infrastructure platform. Users can purchase dedicated NVIDIA GPU servers via installment plans. The machines are assembled in the U.S. by Andromeda, an American AI system manufacturer in which B3 Labs has invested, and hosted at data centers in Oregon. When the devices are idle, their computing power can be rented out to networks, with revenue either applied to outstanding server payments or kept as income. Research teams from institutions including Stanford University, New York University, and Dartmouth College are already using the platform for cancer research and custom model training. B3IQ is planning to rapidly expand its inventory of U.S.-assembled NVIDIA GPU systems to meet growing demand.

According to Upbit’s official announcement, due to an Ontology network upgrade, the South Korean crypto exchange will suspend deposits and withdrawals for digital assets built on the Ontology network starting at 23:00 KST on August 20, 2026. Affected assets include Ontology (ONT), Ontology Gas (ONG), and MovieBloc (MBL). Trading functions for these assets will remain operational during the suspension. Once the network upgrade is completed and confirmed stable, Upbit will restore deposit and withdrawal services via a subsequent announcement.

According to a report by the Financial Times, Federal Reserve official Collins stated that escalating tensions related to Iran have exacerbated cost-of-living pressures, leaving low-income Americans struggling to make ends meet. She warned that the Federal Reserve may need to raise interest rates to curb inflation. She supported keeping interest rates steady in July, and views the current rate level as “slightly restrictive,” which “will lead to a gradual, sustained decline in inflation expectations.” However, she noted that if economic data indicates a need for a rate hike, she is willing to support raising rates as early as September. “I do believe economic conditions in the coming months may require tighter policy, and in that case, I am prepared to raise interest rates,” she said.
