SBI Holdings Enters into Strategic Partnership with Chainlink to Accelerate Institutional Adoption of Digital Assets

On August 25th, the Japanese financial group SBI Holdings announced a strategic partnership with Chainlink in order to expedite the institutional adoption of digital assets. This collaboration makes use of Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) to enable the cross-chain tokenization of real-world assets like real estate and bonds. The protocol facilitates secure transactions across any blockchain while guaranteeing compliance and privacy. Furthermore, the collaboration will center around using Chainlink CCIP to achieve peer-to-peer (PvP) settlement for foreign exchange and cross-border transactions. Additionally, they will employ Chainlink's Proof of Reserve to offer transparent on-chain validation of stablecoin reserves.
