Solana ecosystem token PERPSPAD briefly surges past $5 million in market capitalization, logging a more than 200% increase in the past 24 hours.

According to GMGN market data, PERPSPAD, the token of Solana-based token launch platform PerpsPad, briefly topped $5 million in market capitalization before pulling back to $4.2 million, with a 24-hour gain of over 200%. PERPSPAD is a "position tokenization" token in the Solana ecosystem. PerpsPad is an innovative token launch platform whose core function is to back every issued coin with a real leveraged perpetual contract (Perp) position: transaction fees automatically flow into the coin’s dedicated on-chain sub-wallet to open or add to leveraged positions (supporting multiple markets including SOL, BTC), while a portion of the fees is used for token buybacks and burns. PERPSPAD itself is structured as a 5x long SOL strategy, and can receive buyback support from trading revenues of other tokens on the platform, operating on the Phoenix network. BlockBeats reminds users that related tokens are subject to high price volatility and significant uncertainties, so users should exercise caution when investing.

Hugging Face applies for internal access to Anthropic to conduct AI security audits.

Beating AI News Flash: Hugging Face CEO Clement Delangue announced the launch of the Open Alignment Initiative, led by co-founder Thomas Wolf, and publicly applied to join Anthropic’s newly proposed "Embedded Evaluator" program. If approved, Hugging Face’s evaluation staff will be able to be stationed on a long-term basis, gaining access nearly equivalent to employee-level privileges to directly review model training and safety protocols. Delangue noted that AI alignment can no longer be resolved solely within a handful of leading labs, and requires more external researchers to participate. Anthropic has pledged to grant such access to third parties, including workstations, keycard access, company computers, and tools linked to internal risk teams, while allowing evaluators to independently publish their findings.

Bonk Guy Responds to Ember Address Cluster Controversy: No Internal Cluster Controlling Over 50% of Supply Exists, Blames Flywheel Wallet Distributions.

Renowned trader Bonk Guy (@theunipcs) has issued a post addressing the controversy sparked after he purchased EMBER. The dispute centers on a Bubblemaps cluster chart that has circulated widely in the market: some users interpreted the chart as showing over 50% of EMBER’s supply linked to the same address cluster, while others implied the cluster was connected to Bonk Guy, prompting questions about his motives for buying EMBER. In response, Bonk Guy explained that EMBER has no internal bundles or clusters controlling more than 50% of its supply. The address links in the chart stem from EMBER’s flywheel mechanism, which uses an externally owned account (EOA) to distribute tokens instead of executing via a smart contract. Since this EOA transfers tokens to multiple user wallets participating in the mechanism, Bubblemaps grouped the distribution wallet and all recipient addresses into the same associated network. He noted that the flywheel mechanism is one of EMBER’s core features setting it apart from other token launch platforms, adding that the addresses receiving tokens in the chart belong to regular users, not insiders. Bubblemaps also advised the project team to replace this EOA with a smart contract. Bonk Guy said he hopes EMBER’s developers will adopt this suggestion, and once again denied any connection between himself and the so-called internal cluster.

Bonk Guy details the logic behind his EMBER purchase: The token’s trading volume reached $51.7 million in its first three days post-launch, and its product and data have not yet been fully priced in.

Renowned trader Bonk Guy (@theunipcs) published a post explaining his reasons for buying EMBER. He noted he first noticed the project when EMBER’s market cap was around $3 million, but after observing its rapid platform data growth for a day, he began accumulating it consistently in the $7 million to $20 million market cap range. He believes EMBER’s technology, early-stage data, and growth potential have not yet been fully priced in by the market. Addressing recent controversies, Bonk Guy stated that claims that "over 50% of the supply is linked to the same Bubblemaps cluster" are untrue and have already been clarified by Bubblemaps. He also admitted that his earlier description of EMBER as "launched by Meteora" was incorrect; he meant that EMBER uses Meteora’s dynamic bonding curve technology and is a leading token launch platform within its ecosystem. Currently, Meteora has listed and featured EMBER on its ecosystem page. On the product side, Bonk Guy said EMBER supports pairing new tokens with SOL, USDC, and over 150 tokenized stocks; users can allocate token taxes to holders, a burn mechanism, SuperLotto, or the project team. The platform also offers daily prize pools and DAO functionality, allowing token holders to vote on adjusting the allocation between buyback burns and rewards. In terms of data, EMBER has generated $51.7 million in trading volume and $561,000 in fees over its first three days, with a total of 2,041 tokens launched, over 41,800 unique holders, and more than 149,000 transactions on the Solana blockchain. He opined that Solana does not only have room for one successful token launch platform, and EMBER could emerge as a new non-consensus trading opportunity. Bonk Guy also emphasized that he has no affiliation with the project team, cannot control developer actions, and this position is purely a personal trade and does not constitute investment advice.
