Truth Terminal has established a foundation and completed an OTC transaction for FARTCOIN

On January 23rd, Andy Ayrey, the founder of Truth Terminal, posted on social media that a foundation had been established by Truth Terminal to manage its relevant intellectual property and wallet assets, ensuring the independence and development space of the AI project. The foundation aims to protect Truth Terminal from external interference and assist in achieving its current goals, including providing legal, development, and other support. This structure is regarded as a short-term solution, with the ultimate goal of making Truth Terminal an autonomous entity. Furthermore, in early January, the financial committee of Truth Terminal and Ayrey discussed how to properly manage its wallet assets and avoid causing market disruptions. Eventually, they accepted an anonymous over-the-counter trade quote and completed the sale of a portion of the FARTCOIN assets held by Truth Terminal at noon on January 21st. The trade conditions required the buyer not to sell off to impact the market price. Some of the proceeds have been used to increase Truth Terminal's GOAT holdings, with plans for long-term holding and exploring collaborative reward mechanisms. Ayrey also stated that the foundation now has capital capabilities that can be used to hire teams, provide grants, and purchase GPU and other equipment. The focus in the future will be on building a sustainable board structure and supporting the infrastructure for Truth Terminal's self-improvement.
