Solana Name Service sns.sol will launch a new token, SNS.

2025.05.06 23:08:17

On May 6th, the Solana ecosystem domain service sns.sol (formerly Bonfida) announced the launch of a new token, SNS. It was stated that approximately five years ago, when the FIDA token was launched, Bonfida was closely integrated with the Serum DEX, and the design of FIDA also gave significant consideration to the Serum ecosystem. As time went by, the team gradually realized that although FIDA was useful in its initial context, it could not provide the synergies or incentive models that the.sol domain holders truly needed. It was never designed for the SNS vision. As SNS developed, the limitations of the FIDA design became more evident. Its tokenomics were not sustainable. The SNS and.sol communities were significantly different from the FIDA holder community. The distribution of FIDA did not align with the long-term goals of the SNS protocol. The factors that once drove growth eventually started to impede it. Therefore, today, the team is taking a new step: to unite and appropriately reward the efforts of.sol domain holders, making them more closely integrated into the SNS ecosystem they support. In the coming weeks, the team will share more information about distribution, claiming mechanisms, and how.sol users (past, present, and future) can participate.

Summary of Institutional Views on CoreWeave After Its Earnings Report: Overall Positive, 5 Firms Raise Price Targets

Wall Street analysts overall hold constructive views on AI dedicated computing cloud service provider CoreWeave’s Q2 results, which reached $2.575 billion in revenue, up 112% year-over-year. Five analysts raised their price targets: Wells Fargo to $160 (overweight rating), Piper Sandler to $153 (overweight rating), Baird to $130 (outperform the market rating), citing growth in net new active megawatts, strong Q3 bookings, and diversification of enterprise AI applications. JPMorgan and Mizuho maintained neutral ratings while slightly lifting their price targets to $120 and $115 respectively, noting that while Q2 margins improved, near-term revenue upside still faces uncertainty.

Industrial Bank: AI may further widen the wealth gap

According to an analysis by Societe Generale, artificial intelligence (AI) could accelerate the development of a K-shaped economy, an economic model where gains are increasingly concentrated among those already at the top. The analysis notes that while AI may help narrow wage gaps by enabling less specialized workers to complete more complex tasks, its impact on wealth could be vastly different. Since AI rewards computational power, models, data, and ownership of financial assets, this could further concentrate wealth. This trend is already evident in the AI "winners" that are increasingly dominating stock markets and corporate profits.

Valar Group is a team focused on Zcash network development and research, and leads the development of high-performance full-node software Zakura and the Ironwood shielded pool. Subsidiary Leap Therapeutics reached an agreement with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on the Phase III clinical trial design of sirexatamab (DKK1 monoclonal antibody), and obtained FDA Fast Track designation in May 2026 for treating second-line metastatic colorectal cancer patients with high DKK1 expression. The company has also launched a strategic process to evaluate the optimal path for advancing sirexatamab development, either through independent financing or in partnership with third parties.

JPMorgan previews tonight’s CPI: As long as it does not exceed 0.25%, the market can rally with confidence.

JPMorgan’s trading desk has released a new scenario analysis for tonight’s CPI data, showing that if core CPI comes in at 0.15%–0.20%, the S&P 500 is projected to rise roughly 0.5%–1%; even in the benchmark range of 0.20%–0.25%, it still forecasts a gain of about 0.25%–0.75%. However, JPMorgan projects that if core CPI lands between 0.25% and 0.30%, the S&P 500 could drop roughly 0.5%–1.25%.
