Hyperliquid has announced the addition of full on-chain validator voting functionality for asset delisting.

March 29th. As per official information, Hyperliquid declared that its blockchain has undergone an upgrade to incorporate a fully on-chain validator voting functionality for asset delisting. Once there is sufficient voting support for delisting, the operation will automatically set off on-chain execution. This stake-based permissionless voting-weighted mechanism is seamlessly integrated into HyperCore, and no off-chain coordination is technically required. As an illustration of this mechanism, Hyper Foundation's validators 2-5 will cast their votes around 21:00 on March 29, 2025 (Beijing time) to determine whether to delist the MYRO contract. Hyper Foundation's validator 1 will abstain from voting until the completion of the initial delegate's delegation plan.
