Analysis: Bitcoin sentiment indicator hits a two-year high, market frenzy is cooling down.

AMC CEO Adam Aron once again voiced opposition on X to Robinhood’s plan to issue stock tokens, stating AMC does not consent to Robinhood launching tokens replicating AMC’s shares in the U.S. Aron labeled these tokens “fake synthetic stocks,” warning they could impact AMC’s capital structure. The position includes 1,822 BTC (valued at $150 million) with an entry price of $82,409 and a liquidation price of $80,634, plus 15,270 ETH (valued at $37.33 million) with an entry price of $2,455 and a liquidation price of $2,406. The whale’s most profitable previous trade netted $14.8 million: it opened a long position in NEAR at $2.14 in late August and took profits at $4.88 in late September.

Overnight, U.S. September Producer Price Index (PPI) rose 6.3% year-on-year, marking its highest level in over four years. The data has once again reinforced interest rate hike expectations, triggering temporary declines in U.S. stocks and crypto assets. However, markets quickly digested the negative news, with risk assets bouncing back sharply after the sell-off. On the news front, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang stated that CoreWeave’s strength is improving daily, its financing costs are actually declining, and he does not believe the data center operator needs NVIDIA’s rescue. NVIDIA fell 1.84%, while Intel dropped 2.80%. Storage stocks also saw their declines narrow but failed to turn positive, with SNDK closing down 0.61%. Separately, per HTX market data, Bitcoin briefly dipped below the $80,000 threshold overnight before bouncing back quickly, and is currently trading at $82,285.10.

The tech giant said a technique called "magic state cultivation" is now operational on the Willow chip, reducing errors by roughly 40 times and achieving a record-level accuracy of 99.99%. The research was published in the journal Science, though Google noted that the technology still needs to prove its effectiveness at scale.

Cleveland Fed President and Federal Reserve hawkish voting member Hamaker warned that if businesses and households start to believe high inflation will persist long-term, the Fed may be forced to take more aggressive action. She noted that she favors raising interest rates modestly as early as possible to avoid having to tighten policy drastically once inflation expectations become entrenched.
