Bitnomial plans to drop SEC lawsuit, will launch CFTC-approved XRP futures contract

On March 19th, cryptocurrency journalist Eleanor Terrett disclosed on social media that following the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) agreeing to withdraw its appeal against Ripple, the cryptocurrency derivatives trading platform Bitnomial intends to drop its lawsuit against the SEC.
