In a filing submitted on Wednesday, Figma stated the waiver was voluntary and no replacement awards were issued. Field was originally scheduled to receive around 2.4 million Class B shares on July 1. Class B shares grant Field greater control over the company and can be converted at any time into Class A shares that trade publicly. On July 1, Class A shares closed at $19.49.
