According to The Wall Street Journal, Wells Fargo plans to launch a tokenized deposit service for corporate and commercial clients this fall, the latest sign of major banks embracing the digital asset space. The fourth-largest bank in the U.S. by assets said clients will be able to use the tokenized deposits to conduct fund transfers, programming and settlements around the clock.
