BlackRock: U.S. Treasury yields will rise even if the Federal Reserve holds interest rates steady.

According to Bloomberg, prediction market platform Polymarket is seeking to raise funds at a valuation of over $20 billion, just months after completing its last funding round and securing a new investment from hedge fund D.E. Shaw & Co. Per sources familiar with the matter, the platform is in early-stage talks with potential investors, targeting to raise roughly $1 billion. The sources requested anonymity because the discussions involve non-public information.

Federal Reserve’s Paulson said he cannot currently provide interest rate guidance and maintains an open stance. If no progress is made on inflation, policy may need to be readjusted. Monetary policy is facing a complex juncture.

Bitdeer announced its subsidiaries Tydal Data Center AS and Volta Tydal AS have signed a 16-year hosting, leasing and services agreement for the Tydal AI/HPC campus in Norway. The company will deliver 121 IT megawatts (approx. 133 total megawatts) of capacity, all configured with NVIDIA GPUs, to serve a leading AI lab. The base-term contract generates roughly $4.7 billion in revenue, with an 8-year renewal option bringing potential total contract value to approximately $8 billion. The modified gross rent averages $202 per kilowatt per month, with electricity costs reimbursed by the tenant and a 3% annual escalation clause. Bitdeer projects a net operating income (NOI) margin of around 90%, with annual revenue per IT megawatt estimated at roughly $2.4 million. Per BIT (bit.com) market data, Bitdeer’s US pre-market trading is up 11.7%, changing hands at $12.77.

According to market data from BIT (bit.com), AI cloud computing firm Corvex saw its U.S. pre-market shares surge 110.13%. The company announced it has signed a multi-year agreement to supply a cluster equipped with NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs and NVIDIA Quantum-2 InfiniBand networking to a leading artificial intelligence company.

Bank of America Global Research said it has initiated coverage on SK Hynix (SKHY.O), assigning a "Buy" rating with a target price of $250.

According to Bloomberg, Volta Infra Holdings Ltd., a newly established AI cloud company, has raised $300 million in venture capital. Volta also secured a $5 billion customer financing pool to help small and mid-sized AI firms lower the barrier to purchasing Nvidia’s high-end chips. The financing, set to be announced on Tuesday, values the company at $2.4 billion, with co-lead investments from Andreessen Horowitz and Altimeter Capital. Nvidia Corp. and Michael Dell also participated. Azora, the asset management firm providing the banking financing pool for Volta’s clients, had taken part in its earlier funding rounds. Volta also said it has signed a $10 billion cloud computing capacity supply contract with a leading AI developer, a six-year agreement according to the firm. The company was founded earlier this year by Ricard Boada and Sofia Gumuzio, both former executives in the infrastructure business at Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. Volta aims to make it easier for top AI labs and smaller startups to afford Nvidia’s cutting-edge chips.
