The tokens are created in partnership with compliant brokerage Alpaca, linking directly to global liquidity pools like the Nasdaq and NYSE. Key features of rTokens include: a 1:1 reserve of the underlying asset held by a licensed custodian, stock dividends paid out in token form at a 1:1 ratio, and real-time syncing of corporate actions such as stock splits. Moreover, these token positions can be used as cross-margin for unified accounts and U.S. dollar-denominated contracts, letting users hold global stock assets while managing their funds flexibly.
