Source: A knowledgeable insider familiar with the matter revealed that the US-Iran Reconciliation Memorandum is expected to be named the "Islamic Republic Declaration."

June 12 (CNN) — Three sources familiar with the matter tell CNN that the signing ceremony for the U.S.-Iran Memorandum of Understanding is most likely to take place in Geneva, Switzerland. U.S. President Donald Trump made a high-profile announcement Thursday local time of what he dubbed a "great reconciliation plan" aimed at ending the conflict with Iran, noting the plan will be finalized in the coming days. He added the signing ceremony is expected to happen soon in Europe, with Vice President Mike Pence in attendance. Still, Iranian officials have not confirmed that any deal has been reached. Two other sources close to the diplomatic negotiations said Geneva was selected as the venue because it is not far from where Trump and the U.S. delegation will attend next week’s G7 Summit in France. One of those sources said the signing ceremony will mark the start of the "second phase" of diplomatic talks, during which all parties will begin implementing the memorandum. Multiple other sources mention the document is being called the "Islamabad Declaration" to recognize Pakistan’s pivotal role as mediator. Even so, nothing is set in stone yet. An Iranian source tells CNN that Vienna, the Austrian capital, is also among the possible alternative locations for the ceremony.
