Iran unveils Core Elements of Ten-Point Plan Submitted to US through Pakistan

April 8 (Local Time) – Iran’s Supreme National Security Council announced early Wednesday that it has accepted Pakistan’s ceasefire proposal, following a directive from the Supreme Leader and the council’s formal approval. The council stated nearly all of Iran’s war objectives have been achieved, with the “enemy suffering a historic, decisive defeat.” Iran will “continue its struggle until these major gains are consolidated, to establish a new security and political order in the region.” Negotiations to finalize ceasefire details will be held in Islamabad, with a mandate to “consolidate victory through political talks within 15 days.” Iran rejected all proposals from opposing parties and submitted a 10-point plan to the U.S. via Pakistan. Key terms include: - Coordination with Iranian armed forces to control passage through the Strait of Hormuz; - Ending hostilities against all “Axis of Resistance” members and halting aggression by the Israeli regime; - Full withdrawal of U.S. combat forces from all regional bases and deployment sites; - A safe transit agreement for the Strait of Hormuz to ensure Iran’s dominance; - Full compensation for Iran’s war losses (based on independent assessment); - Lifting all primary/secondary sanctions and relevant UN Security Council resolutions; - Unfreezing all Iranian assets and properties held overseas; - All terms to be enshrined in a binding UN Security Council resolution.

Yi He: Take Profit "Keep Walking, Keep Watching," This Year Is Definitely the Best Secondary Market Bottom Fishing Opportunity

On April 8, Daniel Yan, founder of Liquid Capital (formerly LD Capital), posted on social media: “The war has been confirmed over—no insider info, and neither side has reason to keep fighting. Lock in profits as the rebound unfolds.” This year’s crypto market is strikingly similar to 2019. Secondary liquidity has seen a cliff-edge drop, primary market investment confidence is nearly non-existent, Web3 firms are laying off staff en masse, and industry professionals are switching careers. When others are fearful, you should be greedy. This year is definitely the ideal window for secondary market bottom-fishing and primary market investing—just like 2019. Firms that bottom-fished in the secondary market and invested in primary deals in 2019 emerged as the biggest winners of the 2020 bull run. We’re focused on executing both initiatives effectively.
