FG Nexus, a Nasdaq-listed Ethereum treasury firm, announced on January 21 that as of January 20, it held 37,594 ETH, had $1.9 million in outstanding debt, and 33.6 million outstanding common shares. The company added that it has repurchased approximately 9.9 million common shares at an average price of $3.24 per share and roughly 53,000 preferred shares at an average price of $24.16 per share, with total repurchase consideration exceeding $32 million.

The firm’s institutional trading platform, AX, is set to roll out perpetual futures linked to two key assets: daily rental rates for GPUs used in AI model training and inference, and dynamically priced Random Access Memory (RAM). The launch is pending regulatory approval. These contracts were developed in partnership with Ornn Data, a computing index provider that offers benchmarks based on real-time GPU transaction data.
