October 22nd: Bealls, a department store chain with a history of 110 years in the US, declared that it will commence accepting cryptocurrency payments. Bealls will provide support for dozens of cryptocurrencies as a payment option via the digital payment platform Flexa. These cryptocurrencies encompass Bitcoin, Ethereum, and the major stablecoins. Bealls operates more than 650 physical stores across the United States, primarily in 23 states located in the southern and western regions. With an annual revenue exceeding $1.9 billion, Bealls employs approximately 10,000 staff.
